Mala Olga Segiivna (06.08.1983). Head of the Pharmacognosy department, PhD of Pharmaсy, associate professor. In 2005 she graduated from the National University of Pharmacy in specialty “Pharmacy”. From 2005 to 2006 was an intern at the Institute of professional development and received general certificate pharmacist. From 2005 to 2010 she worked as a senior laboratory department of botany. From 2006 to 2010 (may) –graduate student of botany (full tuition). From 2013 to 2014 – assistant of the department, responsible for updating and replenishment site of the department, was secretary of the teaching faculty meetings. The head teacher of botany department (2014). The department is responsible for system management quality (ISO), specialty “Technology of pharmaceuticals”, filling the electronic catalog Dispace Department of Botany, National Pharmaceutical University. Teaches such subjects as: “Pharmaceutical Botany” and “Medical Botany” for students of specialty “Pharmacy”, “pharmacy” (branch of foreign students and English speaking students), “Technology of pharmaceuticals” and so on. Fluent in English, graduated English course «American Language Club» and “International House», certified. Actively involved in social work and vocational university.

Teaching work. Co-author of methodological issues, including guidelines on pharmaceutical botany (for students of Industrial Pharmacy), “Anatomy and morfolohyya plants in Figures” (Ukrainian translation).
Scientific research work. PhD defended her work on “Pharmacognostic study of bark and birch shoots”. Developed technology of dense extract from the bark of birch. Co-author of over 10 publications, including 1 patent, more than 10 abstracts. Scientific direction – chemical research BAR medicinal plants and create on their basis of medical products.
